When Must Truckers Absolutely Refuse to Drive a Truck
Truckers refusing to drive their truck is imperative and priority if we are going to address highway safety and the safety of professional drivers. The Federal Surface Transportation Assistance Act protects professional drivers who “blow the whistle” on carriers who attempt to force drivers to drive when it would compromise safety and lead to putting either them or anyone else in danger.
